Welcome to Honey Rose Kiss (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of honeyrosekiss.com, including any video content, dashboards, features, and premium services offered on or through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1) Eligibility
To access the premium content and VIP dashboard on Honey Rose Kiss, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). By creating an account and subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2) Premium Memberships & Billing
Subscription: Access to the exclusive Honey Rose Kiss video vault requires an active premium membership. The membership fee is $20.00 per month.
Recurring Billing: By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the recurring $20.00 monthly subscription fee automatically until you cancel.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard (/dashboard/my-memberships/). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium content until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital, instantly accessible nature of our video streaming content, all membership charges are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
3) Account Security and Usage
Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
No Account Sharing: Your Honey Rose Kiss membership is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute your account login details with third parties. We monitor account activity and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts displaying suspicious concurrent logins or IP sharing.
4) Intellectual Property & Content Rules
All content on Honey Rose Kiss—including but not limited to cinematic videos, choreography, images, branding, logos, and site design—is the exclusive property of Honey Rose Kiss and is protected by international copyright laws.
As a premium member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream our videos for personal, non-commercial viewing. You Strictly Agree NOT To:
- Download, rip, record (including screen-recording), or capture any video content from the Site.
- Redistribute, broadcast, sell, or upload our content to any other website, platform, or social media network.
- Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site.
Violation of this section will result in immediate lifetime account termination without a refund and potential legal action.
5) Site Availability and Streaming
We strive to provide a flawless, high-fidelity streaming experience. However, Honey Rose Kiss does not guarantee that the Site will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily restrict access to the VIP Dashboard or Watch pages.
6) User Conduct
While interacting with any features on the Site (including support forms or member areas), you agree to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who exhibits abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our staff or other members.
7) Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and your premium membership at any time, without notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms of Use.
8) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our platform or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify members via email or by placing a prominent notice on the VIP Dashboard. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
